To exchange your Points for Rewards, please follow the steps below: - Sign into your account if you are not already signed in - Navigate to the "Point Shop" page - View items, and ensure that you meet the requirements - Select the number of Points you wish to exchange and click the "Send Code" button - Check your email address (the one you use to sign into Rakuten Insight Surveys) for the verification code - Enter the verification code on the "Point Shop" page and click the "Submit" button - Confirm the contents of your request and click "Confirm" button - On the next page you will see green text telling you that your exchange request is complete You will also receive an email for your reference.
