No payment record from Rakuten Insight in my Paypal account. What should I do?
Firstly, please check whether your registered e-mail address is the same with your Paypal account.
If you want to change your registered e-mail address, please update your e-mail address from "Change E-mail Address" menu on my page.
If you cannot log into Paypal with the e-mail address, please contact us from here.
